Hi Everyone,
I hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend!
We have had a lovely Summer holiday. Its been nice not to be restricted to School run timings when we have been out and about!
The children have enjoyed a variety of activities, lots of trips to the Park, Trips to the Farm, a Walk round the Scarecrow Festival, Soft play and lots of sand and Water play!

We have said Goodbye to one of our lovely friends, as she moves on to Big School! We know she will be amazing! I also want to wish one of our big children Good luck as they start Play School this week along side coming to 'Lianne's House'. Transitions can be a tricky time for emotions, but with support and encrouragement its an exciting time in our Children growing up! If you ever feel like you need support in any period of transition with your children, please talk to me!
We start back to School this week, so we will be back to taking part in the School runs. Please can I ask that arrival times before School are prompt so that we can be ready and the children are not late for school.
Earlier this year, I completed the ELKLAN training and 'Lianne's House' has become a Communication Friendly Home based Ssetting. I have already noticed some of the new skills and things I learnt have made a positive impact on the childrens Communication and Language development.
I am currently completing another course which is the Early Years Professional Development Programme. This includes 3 modules: Communication and Language, Mathematics, Personal Social and Emotional Development. I am hoping this training will also have a positive impact on my teaching and the children's development.
Did you know, When I send the invoice emails out, there is a clickable button labelled 'view invoice'. The invoice figure due is on the email that arrives in your inbow, but if you click on the 'view invoice' button, it breaks down my calculations for you.
The new Funding for children age 9 months and upwards rolls out from this week. You will hopefully have seen the funded hours reflected in your September invoice. Please read the Funding Policy so that you are familiar with how I will be offering it.
I know you are all familiar with the childrens next steps board, but please feel free to talk to me if there is anything specific that you are working on at home together. Id like to support you and add continuity for the Children. I am looking forward to working with the children and being a part of their progress through the Autumn term.
See you all this week!
