Our warm and welcoming home is located on Charnwood Road in Barwell. The side of our house is setup predominantly for childminding and gives children plenty of space to play. We have a well equipped playroom and unique 'inside outdoor area' with a variety of resources and toy's which change regularly.  The playroom leads out to a large garden where you'll find a mud kitchen, outdoor toys, lawn area, pirate ship, climbing frame and see-saw. 

Indoors we have an open plan kitchen/dining room, which is seperated with the use of stair gates to keep the children safe at all times. The dining room has a large dining table to enable us all to sit round and eat our meals and snacks together, and we have highchairs available for the younger children. Leading through from the dining room is our conservatory, this is a calm and quiet space where the children can sleep, using sleep mats/ travel cot. We also have a downstairs toilet with childrens toilet seat, potty and step to enable the children to be independent where possible.
