I'm committed to providing an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can learn, develop, and thrive. I welcome children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and work closely with families to ensure each child receives the care and support they need.
My Commitment to Supporting SEND
Inclusive Environment
All children are valued as unique individuals. Activities, routines, and resources are adapted to ensure every child can participate, learn, and enjoy their time here.
Early Identification
Through regular observations and monitoring, I identify any emerging developmental needs and discuss them sensitively with parents and carers. Together, we agree on the next steps and support strategies.
Working in Partnership
You know your child best. I work closely with families and, with consent, other professionals such as health visitors, speech and language therapists, and SEND teams to create consistent support.
Individual Support Plans
Where needed, I create tailored support plans based on the child’s interests, strengths, and areas of development. These are reviewed regularly with parents.
Training & Development
I undertake relevant SEND training and continuously update my skills to ensure the highest standard of care and inclusion.
Accessibility & Adaptations
Activities can be adapted for different learning needs
Visual aids, sensory resources, and quiet spaces available
Clear and predictable routines
Flexible settling-in sessions to suit individual needs
Working With External Agencies

My Goal
To ensure every child feels safe, understood, and valued — and to help them reach their full potential in a warm, family-centred environment.
